Yes I do, I’m in the minority as I enjoy watching HC. Made more enjoyable with the addition of Sam Lovegrove and Allen Millyard
I like Henry Cole as well. Seems to me that a lot of people don’t like him as he has made a bit of a name for himself and managed to make a living out of his passion.

Did you know, he directed this in 1995? Probably based on his own upper middle class, right side of the tracks smack head days. Yes that is a relatively young Liz hurley & playing the lead role in her 1st major film.

I like the programs because he is enthusiastic and does share some of the same passions as a lot of us here, but he does bug the crap out of me as he actually knows a little less than sod all about any important subject and his researchers are crap or he wouldn't come out with such utter bullshit at times

As for the lovechild he certainly has some good knowledge on vintage cars & bikes but it seems that is where it ends ... anyone remember him smacking the fuck out of a headstock to "adjust the rake" utter twat needs his rake adjusting in the same manner

Millyard normally beyond reproach but seems to have dumbed down to the above numpty's level in recent times i am pretty sure he knows it too

Burt young who played Paulie, Rocky Balboa’s brother in law in the rocky films spent two years in the Marine corps, he boxed for them & won 32 out of 34 fights, he then turned pro & was coached by Cus D’Amato, he had 17 fights with no losses.

Steam driven and electric cars were more numerous than petrol driven at the dawn of motoring. Steam driven cars used in racing had a coal fire and a boiler pressure of around 1000psi.

Personally I don’t think Cole tries to project himself as an ‘expert’ - he always seems quite deferential with his enthusiasm frequently outstripping his knowledge. I like his sense of humour as well. Strikes me as the sort of bloke it would be fun to have a few pints with.

The interior emergency boot release handle on all current BMWs glows in the dark so you can see it if you lock yourself in accidentally.

More German engineering excellence.
