?10 for 3 PT sessions? WTF have you no money sense over them side of the hills. It costs fook all to pedal/run up and down hillls all day over here.

As for that fekkin music...fortunately it is so inane that it will never stick in my head . Mind you, I did have to pause my Planet Rock webcast for a minute whilst I delved into another barrel of musical shite of yours.

The madness returns! :-0)

Head?s been full of Oulton Park replays since my first TD last week. Back there again in another week or so ? really pleased with my fitness and hoping for a good, dry day to start getting down to my usual pace - which is slightly above ?pedestrian? ? so lots of room for improvement!

Paul Robeson was my first Black hero: an acknowledged genius; fluent in 14 languages (including Russian and Mandarin Chinese) and a politically-aware activist, persecuted by the American government for his perceived Communist tendencies.

I remember watching this with my mum and dad when I was a kid ? it?s from Sanders of the River, and it was in me edd when I woke up this mornin??R#?

Inspirational music is an essential training ingredient ? especially when you need something to keep you pushing on when you want to give up ? when you want to give in to your perceived limitations.

Often, inspirational music can help you to face your limitations ? to recognise them ? to welcome them - without accepting them as a barrier to progress.

Sometimes the music can be highly sophisticated ? but often it?s a very simple message that dovetails perfectly with your training patterns and energies ? and that?s where I?m at with this tune? It takes me over the hills?

It helps me to examine my limitations ? to test them ? and, ultimately, to overcome them.

When I hear this song I see clearly again who I am ? and what I can achieve when I put my mind to the achievement of my training goals.

?And I rise ? mind, body and soul ? into the clear, clear brightness of understanding myself and my motivations ? my potentials ? and my possibilities.

..Up ? up ? up. Higher and higher?
