Riding to work yesterday and a loonie came flying past on a suicide run. He was wearing a pair of dirty white racing boots and he made me laugh.

The curvatures created by the boots and his skinny legs made me think of a goose?s neck.

On some forum or other, someone?s strap line is ?I wish I was fast enough to wear white boots?. How apt.

I think I?m beginning to understand my thought processes ? and (at least, a little bit) towards understanding the steps that lead to the musical outcomes I?ve been experiencing at my daily awakening?@tu*

The sun was shining when I woke up this morning and, just for a blurry minute, it really did feel like the start of summer. It made me smile at meself for being daft - but it also made me feel good - and that's a feeling that's hard to beat.

Out in the wind and rain this morning at six am - on me pushbike for only the second time after the Christmas/New Year blowout.
