I think the Bird forum needs more members, although a common passion is held clearly personality gets in the way, the larger the group the less the noise. Shame because the collective knowledge and people I have interacted with and met are great. I value all the advice I have received on my project.

To get back on topic I would not belittle the points raised especially around GDPR, the fines cannot be ignored and do not have exceptions it is something that needs particular consideration especially for global companies as an issue in the UK would be penalized on your global turn over.. To say something helps in the current climate would not stand up.

Nobody is shouting, it wont fix arrogance or stupidity both of which you have in abundance, valid opinions should be listened to even if you don't agree with them but when you make it personal its put up or shut up, that's down to you really, makes no odds to me either way

All this crap is getting boring. I thought we had all agreed to move on. I clicked like on DAs post purely because I too regret what has happened on here since we lost the likes of Wolfie, the old Lumpy, Gypsy et al. We all met from time to time and the meetings generated piss taking that went on for weeks. I remember someone pouring water on the ground under a bike to look like it had a leak. Track day I think. We laughed about that for a long time. Sadly the old times have gone and Facebook is the new meeting place. My time is nearly over and apart from wanting to get my feckin boat in the water I have no regrets. I don't like the world the way it is now. This PC shit is destroying the life of the human race. Look at that twat who has changed sex and wants his/her child's birth certificate altered to show her/him as father and not mother. The mind boggles and I'm just to old to deal with all this crap. As a cartoon strip said there are still only two sexes but dozzens of sexual mental illnesses. I'm going to bed hopefully to dream of the days when we knew right from wrong. In playgrounds most kids play happily together.

Most kids take the mick out of each other in a genial manner and share laughter. They take it and plot revenge in an equally genial manner and more shared laughter follows.

There are usually one or two kids that are spiteful and want to give the other kids chinese burns as they do not know how to join in and play nicely. They want to be liked but don't know how to make that happen.

Some kids try to make their mark and gain kudos by trying to isolate others in the centre of the group by constantly needling at them until they react and get in trouble. They then stand in the background giggling to themselves as they think that have achieved something useful. When challenged they invariably say "me? It wasn't me!! I'm the good guy, it's everyone else that is out of step".
