I would love one for no other reason than I love the Bird and this looks to be a better version.

Wellllllll, if I was any good on a bike and had a bit more time to ride the bloody thing then I would have one. Oneupmanship? Nah. I would buy it for the same reason(s) that I buy other stuff that I want; because I want to and tits to what anyone else thinks. I work f hard for my wedge and I'm buggered if anyone is going to tell me what I can and can't spend it on.

That's about the strength of what I'm saying. I'm not up to getting the best out of what I've got, so why the hell would I want more. Sick of being told by slick marketing, that I need the latest, biggest, best. Foolishly spent the better part of my life chasing the next fast car/bike, fancy resturant. Working every hour that god sent, so I could afford all of that bullshit. Missing out on what I really needed, quality time with my family. When you're on your deathbed, will you really be thinking of that beautifully engineered Blackbird or precious moments with family and friends. My old 2001 'bird gives me loads of pleasure, it still presents a challenge to my limited skills, and it's paid for. Living within my means, leaves me time to piss my wife off and when she's had enough of me I can get on here and piss you fookers off. Why would I need a bike in the back of my garage, that I haven't seen for 2 years? Oneupmanship!!

What has money spend got to do with the fact you admit to pissing everyone off, even your wife but then still maintain everyone else is at fault?

Your not 4ft 8 and a man bitch are you? might explain a lot?

As to the 1200, love to try one but doubt my skills would notice the difference.

robsbird

red ones are faster
For me it was.......coz i could and i did but getting it right was more fun as there is no work shop manual for it......:whi5tl:

If you really want/ need a faster version of the Blackbird, then Kawasaki do one at reasonable money. You can ride it everyday without it needing constant tuning.

Wouldn't this contradict your earlier comment

Looks and sounds fantastic bit of engineering. But why would I need more of what I don't use, more importantly why would I pay twice the price for what I won't use.

Robs, I have no idea on the difference..I have the technical skills of Norman Wisdom, so get gifted people to do the tech doo dar stuff.

Noobie, sometimes I wonder about your reading abilities. I start the post with the words "If you" not "I" please take a little time to read my post carefully, before you respond.

Dave

I admit it's my fault, I find most of your posts to have double standards and talk in terms that make no sense, so to help me I tried to use google translate and it came back as this , Google translate cannot translate this persons posts as he talks bolloxs.

I have now written to goggle to advise them there is a new language called dbblxs and they replied they are investigating.

I hope therefore with the aid of goggle translate to be able to talk to you fluently soon.

I hope that helps?

There you go being a little prick again. If you're not capable of reading a simple 2 lined post correctly, you're not really in a position to criticise any of my complex arguments. Better you run along and find a few halfwits similar to yourself to play with.

Bless your good self Dave. the idea your posts are complex is one only medication can explain.

Anyway, as soon as google can give me a translation of your sillyness then of course I will reply

How rude and so Jeremy Kyle.

When the seagulls follow the trawler, it is because they think sardines will be thrown into the sea.

Dave look there is no shame in admitting you can't afford one or that it scares you, no shame at all

The point stands that if you were offered a V&M and your a bird owner who could afford one, you probably would.

As to your fascination with the word prick..are you wanting to come out yet? Might explain quite a lot.

The only problem I have with the 1200 is that it's base colour is red, beyond that, I would want one.

good looking AND modest
Personally I'd jump at the chance of an Anniversary or even V&M Bird, I'd love a supercharged bird as well, so if my Lotto win was big enough you can bet your sweet arse there would be three new to me bikes in my very large brand new garage, @tu*

I'd also like a selection of fast cars, and before any bitch starts with the bullshit arguments "you can only drive/ride one at a time, speed limits ETC" it's MY money and I'll do whatever the fek I want with it, :f

So if your not happy with that, tough!! and Robsbird I cant see the difference, as I don't have anything to go by, but if I did, I'd still say, well done that man!! @tu*

Again, go back and read post 22, or let me translate for you:
I can't afford one,
I can't ride in a way that would justify my having one.
(Am I going to fast for you?)
If anyone else chooses to own one, then no problem.
I have a different opinion to most of the posters on this thread, but, and here's the important bit, it's allowed, and the wolrld would be a boring place if we all thought the same.
I accept that you're going to struggle to get your head around what I've just said, so I'll give you 12 hours to work it out. But I do believe, 12 years wouldn't be long enough. Have a nice day!

Is "dbblxs" an abbreviation for Daisy Bee Bollocks?

Also, would help if you wrote to Google and not Goggle. They might then be able to help with Google Translate, which sounds a better proposition that Goggle Translate. Unless Goggles come in funny languages and then you might be on to something.

Your right Poo plop on the dbblx @tu*

I tried google, they said wtf so I tried goggle as well and they agreed with google

Dave, as you've mentioned, when your mrs pisses you off you then come in here to then piss people in here off.

Pretty much most of your posts are in this vain with your continually thrown justification of I have a different opinion to most of the posters on this thread, but, and here's the important bit, it's allowed, and the wolrld would be a boring place if we all thought the same.

The irony is that when someone tries to use that same justification, a different opinion to you, you then become rude going around calling everyone a little prick so whilst trying to declare the moral high ground you are in fact far from it.

I doubt anyone needs 12 hours to see this has been pretty much your entire contribution to bird.

Back to the thread, the differences in the picture, What are the differences for the uninformed? Also given we have a faux 12 in our mist is there a register anyone knows about that keeps an eye on just where these V & M's are?
