Dya know something..... blah, blah, blah, drivel etc......

Hanging off a bike and getting your knee down is ONLY relevant ON THE FECKIN TRACK... FULL STOP.

First part is a load of crap and is written by someone who has no idea how to hang off properly and get their knee down properly :violin:

The last part is absolutely true, but is no more irrelevant than riding a bike capable of 180 mph on public roads in the first place, ergo, any speed over 70 mph is only relevant on the 'feckin track' also. You speed whenever your mind tells you it's safe to do so, others get their knee down - also whenever it's safe to do so. So to all the fun police peeps out there - ferk off, get a life and stop being so bloody hypocritical w;;v

To all those who reserve the right to ride like a pillock every now and then - we salute you

In my spotty yooff days back in the 60's I used to take great delight in hanging off the bike putting the shits up car drivers by passing them whilst leaning over the front wing of cars going into left hand bends. I then grew up and realised how feckin dangerous my actions were.

If you watch footage of Hailwood and Agostini riding in what I would call the 'classic' style they looked so smooth and were very quick. Admittedly the bikes and tyres are now far advanced from those days and I find it amazing to watch the modern riders lose the plot going into a bend and pick the bike up from a certain crash by use of the knee but I repeat the only place for knee down action is on the race track.

How about 2 up knee downs :dunno: This way the rider can keep his head where it would normaly be and the pillion can do all the hanging off :neenaw:

Taxi for Pete :t

Enough of your bloody gentlemen's special embracing photos - thank you

If you really want battle scars on your knee sliders then dangle your leg/s out of the car next time you are driving along (don't forget to wear your leathers though  )

Im full of admiration for all you hanger'off, ers  "as I can't do it" .
But one thing that has struck me is, that the one's (most) that do it, have progressed one stage further this year by actually getting off, there for saving cash attending bike'y event throughout the summer "how good is that?" R#? :-: :yo:
