Considering the potential legal consequences for spouting off and naming names on social media, it amazes me that you had to say it. Did no one learn after Silly Berk-cow got done? All she did was ask on Twatter why a certain individual was trending.
The legal consequences assume greater significance in this particular case now that Dibble have stated that the subject individual hasn't broken any laws. His reputation is already highly likely ruined so if he decides to employ a particularly good lawyer to go after people who've insinuated or alluded to him being a paedo, then a lot of people could well find themselves in some pretty hot water.
Apparently it's not the first time.
Allegedly there are rumours knocking about that there was three other counts of suspicious activity on the Web.
Rumours I know, but this recent allegation is over three years old when the contacted individual was still a minor.
I still say burn the feckin paedo beeb
to the ground. It's tainted history with past known kiddie fiddlers & pretending that they were not aware at the time & then covered up because of their poxy tv ratings war is totally unacceptable.
I begrudge paying these clunts a license as ALL their programmes are shite.
