Nope I mean UTC - the time previously known as GMT.
GMT only now exists in the minds of the UK poulation as a folorn hope to somehow make us feel we still matter.
Some years ago the UK agreed to give up the responsibility of maintaining the international time measure (think it saved the Govt. of the time ?0.50p per year).
The UK had maintained this for many years hence the GMT for Greenwich Mean Time.
The French took this task over (as they have done with many of the international standard measures) and it was renamed UTC (think it means Universal Time Control - but in French).
Zulu time is used by those trying to appear mysterious and knowing - as far as I know the Zulus did not originally use the same measure of time.
