On a memory card, as I understand it, they [the electrons] are just moved either side of gate to indicate '1' or '0' so no real change in mass but the card may well list to port or, indeed, starboard after a data change.

This can be investigated by tossing, so to speak, the memory card a number of times and trying to predict how it will land. results have to be weighted for probability, of course, but you knew THAT!!!......................
