Depends, if the missus still wanted to ride then it would be another Bird without doubt, if I was only ever gonna ride solo, a BladeSILVERONE said:Suppose your bikes a complete write-off , no one has been injured, not your fault & you've not lost your no claims bonus.
You can't replace it with the same model bike, so what would you get ???
ianrobbo1 said:so let me get this straight Ian,!! your choice would be a "Blade"??? you wouldnt consider an R1 then?? :dunno:
Had the first one sold in the UK RRobbo and it was one hell of a disappointment. No top end rush and no sign of the grunt being spread lower down, Handling OK but rusted like buggary in the first few months. Honda replaced the rusted bits but lost an arm and a leg when I got shot of it after six months. uke: The CB1300 is what the 900 Hornet was supposed to be like.ianrobbo1 said:Hornet 900, or a Blade, tried a new Pan, Tina didnt like the lack of "foot space" ie between rider and pillion pegs,
AAaah so!! I put the 900 as first choice as I had a 600, and enjoyed it, Ive been on a 900 and was impressed, "when compared to the 6" I had no rust problems on my 600, so didnt realise that it may be an issue, have you had a go on "T" CB1300 to compare, I get the feedback from a couple of the blokes up here they are a bit "lardy" in comparison to the 900, :dunno:Centaur said:Had the first one sold in the UK Robbo and it was one hell of a disappointment.
