Only just got rid of the family !! Sorry for the lat start folks....

Sooo, are you all ready to rock and roll ?
Spread sheet set up here and clues all lined up.

One thing I found last night.. PMing is not a great idea !!
There were so many posts I had to constantly empty the PM box !
If you could email me ( straightfour@aol.com it would be better all round...

Your first clue then..

Go 25 miles south south east of brum and find the Bairds lair for our starting point

Try just using a large good quality road atlas, thats all i have been using and it seems to work pretty well.
I never could get on with autoroute maps and directions!!

Good roadmaps -trouble is, Ed

... we haven't got one!* - which is severely hampering our progress this evening. Pete just follows his nose and although we sometimes go 'the pretty way' - we always get there, usually pretty much on time too.

He did produce an ancient OS map of Cornwall tonight, and he knows where ALL the carp fisheries in England are; ergo why does he need a ROAD MAP?

Jenny :}

(*We've got a very good one of France though so can we have the next one there please?) LOL!

I'm finding a few gaps in the mapping software which is a good thing as I'll be using it for the 4 Points challenge in June and if there are any problems now would be a good time to know about it, the large atlas aproach seems to be suiting you well at the moment as you are leading again :}

boy am I getting pissed!!!

:cry: it doesn't matter what I do I just cant seem to find some place names, I'm using a 4 year old AA map, and some of the damn places just dont appear on it, I've been using a 10 year old BP map to reference the other, and it's amazing how much is missing from both, so I'm off tommorrow to go buy another bit more!! up to date one,:cry:

Swindon!!! morelike the outskirts of brum,:B :B

If I flew a B52, I'd probly miss the target,:}
