The strange thing is that Kit & myself did EXACTLY the same mileage from door to door as last Sunday's Teddy Bears' Picnic run - 309 miles. Uncanny, or what???

Glad YOU ALL had a good day

Big thanks

To CLIVE, KIT, QUINEY, STUEY & LAINEY........thanks for keeping us together.

Thanks to ROXXO who i just found out took care of the parking.

Thanks to TAZZ & GYPSY for being there (you know)... The bit of shit left us both a bit edgy and shocked but otherwise OK.

B1rdie............what can i say,, in person your a better bloke than you are on here c7u8 .....as you say "Don't take it so personal".

Damn good day, some good roads and good pace. CLIVE, you killed a sparrow on the bit of road just before it rained.....poor little critter.
We had a good battle with a Fireblade after we left you all on the A1m, took him all the way back to my home town J24 M60.
He couldn't catch us on the A628 and we waited for him on the M67,, poor lad, thats another Blade for sale now

With reguards to the minor dispute with the VR6 Golf at lunchtime, if anyone was offended by my method of dealing with a driver intent on trying to knock us off the bike over a 1 mile period then please mail me and i shall explain my thought process..
The car was inches away from my tail pipes on several occasions and i feared i would be carted off the bike. I'm sure anyone else in my situation would have been a little concerned.
HAVE FUN! :yo:

Well , another cracking day out. Good to meet some new faces, even if I didn't get chance to speak to all of you at length. A good route Clive, maybe we should specify clockwise or anti-clockwise next time. Cheers to John for sweeping up again.
How much do we owe you for the parking Roxxo? Sort your shifts out for Rossy bike show.
XXLarge, how stupid do you feel then?

Once again thanks to every body who turned, see you all soon.

Stu and Elaine

PS TIME gentlemen please

GREAT RIDE OUT

Many thanks clive, john and everyone else for a great rideout, only our second rideout so I hope we were ok. Found it a bit fast at times on the way to Mablethorpe, but managed to stay near the front on the way back which suited us better.
Pulled onto the drive at 6.pm only to be met by the kids demanding to know whats for tea........ nice to be missed. Hope to see everyone on the next rideout.

Well that was fun.
Thanks to everyone for making me welcome on my first "BIRD" rideout. I had a great time. Had lunch with Gypsy and Taz before being shown Gypsy`s awesome skill on the "Grabber" machine in the arcade. :yo:
Gypsy, I took your advice about going to Cadwell. You were right mate, it was the right thing to do.
I had to leave you all after Mablethorpe so I missed the monsoon.

Rhino, glad you and Emma were ok after your slight altercation with the "shit for brains" in the vw. For what its worth, I think he got off lightly mate.

Thanks again an I look forward to the next one.
