been and had a look, seems the council still wouldnt be impressed with one of the smaler turbines in an ex council estate!! :mad: one of the neighbours actually bought one and was refused permission to erect it last year, unfortunatly he's flogged it on already :bang: so thats that idea out of the window!! :dunno:
