Amazing the number of people who have gym membership but hardly ever use it. When my missus worked as a fitness instructor she said that most gyms couldn't survive without them.I find that having, and using, a gym membership stops my clothes shrinking. Well, it stops the waist band of my keks shrinking anyway.
When I’m in the country, I use mine at least six days a week, sometimes seven. Usually find a load of people will take out membership in January as their New Year’s resolution and the vast majority have disappeared by mid-February. Going to the gym is not a fad, it’s a way of life.
