Trust me , Wales winning the rugby was all over the BBC in Wales....even had a never ending special programme on Monday night from The Millenium Stadium showing them parading the trophy.

I was hacked off as the farming programme was cancelled as a result.

And that's to be expected in Wales. Some parts of the country have have a dismal quality of life akin to that of Yorkshire (minus the TB) and rugby is their life, so it's understandable.

However, my point is that it was not shown on the national news but they spent an inordinate amount of time on women's football. Like anyone really gives a shit about women's football, but that's the BBC for you.

Ah but I wear socks at work or if I go shopping but if I’m on holiday or lazing round the house/garden I tend to go sockless.

I have just googled pictures of him & there is not one picture where you can tell if he’s wearing socks, that tells me that he was a trend bucker & as such photographers preferred not to photograph his feet.
