Fair enough.
Most of my work is writing; I have to write technical reports that must be clearly understandable for non-technical people and they have to stack up in court. A good writer can get away with murder by carefully caveating opinions and choosing their words. Also, it's often more about what's not said than what is. If this burd is a psychiatrist worth her salt, she'll be able to pretty much say what she wants, stating opinion as fact and leaving herself just enough wriggle room to avoid a lawsuit.
It's wrong to judge a book by the cover, I know, but just from looking at her, I wouldn't trust her with a dead match.
