New VFR

Dark Angel

Still kickin' it!
Gotcha ya Bastid [nearly]

So offer is still there ........

Buy one - do the full MotoGP circuit for 2010 [you KNOW you want to] - do the usual write-up with pics for all to read

And if at the end you don't admit it's better than the current BlackBird, I'll buy the Viffer off you at a sensible market price

Deal? Or No Deal?

No deal, 'cos doubtless you'd consider yourself bound to honour it - but it's been good to get a bit of banter going again. :yo: :k

Eric - so are you but some fookers on here still love you!!
Don't go gettin' soft on me now, y'old bastid - I was just startin' to enjoy the ride! :p

No promises on the purchase-of-an-ugly-mo-fo-of-a-bike, but I'll do the MotoGP's and write-ups...

... just because me missus has told me to! :}

What you have to remember here girls is the market it is aimed at..
The older generation end of the biker market will be the only ones that can afford it.. (us). The competition from BMW etc etc narrows it down even more.
Our generation dont do computer generated, judge dread lookalike video gamed bikes very well.. as the majority of opinions on the forums indicate.
There should be plenty left in the showrooms tho, for when the next generation of 'older bikers' comes along...

Ill take that offer Bert every day of the week.. With the amount of exposed blingy bits on it, a fulls years touring (weather, climate ) is about all its going to manage..

A tourer it definitely is'nt ... novelty would soon wear off when the reliability has gone..

wonder if theyve sorted the loom out h1d1ng2 :-0)

That sounds like the start of a bet

So what would be in it for me?

I'd be fairly safe with Eric - he'd never let go of it after riding it all year

But with you ..............

Will need to be tempted

LOL

..Funny how people use the word "predictable" after the event.

...Didn't predict that I'd leave it this long though, did ya?...man8um

FUCK
as much as I hate to admit it the more I see of it the less hideous it seems to be getting

I'm more interested to know what the so called 'Adventure' version will look like and whether its an alternateive to the Beemer K1300R.

Dark Angel

Still kickin' it!
This IS the alternative to the Beemer - LOOK at the ugly fooker!

And notice how the "head-on" shot makes it look sleek and slim. Typica PR shot, innit? p0pc0rn41

It'll ride great, handle great and BE great - but it'll always be fookin' UGLY!! :-0)

Isn't this how you are described on your CV Eric?

Does sound like you!

And ... err...... correct me if I'm wrong but don't they look like Stainless downpipes??

And, if so, isn't that the first time Honda have fitted stainless are standard?

Isn't this how you are described on your CV Eric?

...No... It says "Eric is fookin' ugly, but he's also very honest."

On that basis, I honestly believe that this upgraded BMW clone IS FOOKIN' UG-LEE-EEE!!

..and so does Honda - hence the six-month "tease-'em-to-please-'em" build-up to the final "unveiling" of the monstrosity. b0x1
