well i have just been informed that I have fcuked up ( again ) and this ISNT the bank holiday weekend.

I am therefore already at 2 car events the weekend of this gathering - and doubt i could do oxford - santapod - leicester and somerset all in th same weekend.

Yes I will be! Starting a new contract tomorrow which will probably mean that I will be working away Monday to Friday (with limited or no Net access) but I will be back for the weekend!
Bernadette may well be riding as well (scared about being too slow having ridden pillion on the Sheepfest Sat ride out last year) so I could volunteer to be 'Tail End Charlie'!

sorry - I spelt it the way we say it down here - its in Somerset!!!!!! Camping/pub at Rodney Stoke.

Ride out to hopefully include Cheddar Gorge and Burrington Combe and a trip over the Mendips!!!!!!!!! (will depend a bit on the weather, as some of the roads are shitty - properly shitty in the wet!!!!!!!!!) but will have an alternative!!! :-0)

doesn't need to be booked, but I would like to be able to tell them roughly how many are coming.

Since the meet is looking to be quite small, I'm not gong to ask them to do us a specific meal in the evening, but just keep us an area reserved and we can order from the menu.

it looks like i will be able to go but i am a bit concerned as when i looked on the camp site link it said no under sixteens, and i take my daughter with me
and she is under sixteen,i dont really understand the rule as if you look at the pub guide it says they welcome children? it may be they dont want groups of under sixteen year olds on the site and as she is supervised all the time it may be ok?
