So, a range of possibilities would be very useful from those who happen to know the place (and will admit to it).

Subtle Clive, :} However, I have to admit that even though the centre of Morecambe is only 2.5 miles from the centre of Lancaster I never actually go to Morcambe for a drink, the same can probably be said for everyone else in Lancaster! If it was Lancaster then I'd be able to show you a good time.....mmmmm.....bad phrase to use!

I'll ask around and see if anyone has any suggestions.

Now that the people I've asked about 'where for a beer in Morecambe?' have stopped laughing................ :}

This is is about the best I can come up with, if nothing else it will suffice as a meeting point........in reality it should be fine for a few beers. Davy Jones Locker is the place, it's on the prom very close to where everyone is B&B'ing. Please have a look at the map/images, If you can find the Clarendon Hotel, Davey Jones is virtually underneath it.

It's probably best not to state a time to meet up in there, just get there when you are ready. Assuming that I can put together an escape plan to get out of Morecambe for later in the evening, I'll get down there about 8.30/9.00pm.

P.S. Bearing in mind the 'special needs' members of the group...........Bert, I've arranged for you to go here for the evening.......

Murt

Letch
Another no show from Murt.

Im afraid I wont be attending on Sunday as I hoped.
Just tooo much going on at home.
Bit of a shiyte week for me so I have some catching up to do in the home department.

1. Three days away at Bedford, ( Cardington)..... failed my instructors assessment! . I know the exact thing that caused me to dump out, and it was stupid. wont happen again!!!.

2. The weld on my collector box has gone again whilst I was on my SEVEN hour ride back from Bedford, . (Bit of a tornado near juction 17 on M1 yesterday !)
Its a nice sound... but attracts just too much attention.

3. Cant get a replacement collector box as at 2 above..

4. San has started to re decorate the front room whilst I was away !! guess who is finishing it?

I hope all of you have a great, safe ride. ( hope its sunny for you all)
I WILL get out soon.
Murt.. :bang:
