OK, boys and girls, to save any confusion, this is the Artemis Birthday Party thread and is nothing to do with the EOSB thread.

The Goddess is rapidly approaching the milestone of her half century so...........

PARTY ON!!!

Date: 15th September, can arrive 14th if you so wish, as the bar will be open)
Venue: Ogri MCC Clubhouse, Kemble Airfield, Cirencester (GL7 6BQ for your GPS)
Band: High Voltage/Glam Gitz
Bar: Open all hours-24 hour licence (Beer ?2/pt, shorts ?1.50)
Cost: ?3 (including camping)
B&B: See later posts
Food: Buffet provided and good food van in attendance (and in the morning for brekkies)
Transport: Bikes, cars, camper vans and caravans all welcome
Company: Various assorted bikers, motorcyclists, family and friends
Bonfire: Talking bollox round, for the purpose of
Heating: Central heating if weather is cold
Ablutions: Ladies and gents loos (indoor) and basic showers.
PVC: Courtesy of Smix, The Great Pink and Fluffy One and chief acolyte

All welcome no matter the age, creed, colour, forum standing, make of bike etc etc.

Lets see if we can beat Hunter's party, there were 300-odd at that.

I'll arrange to open the clubhouse on Friday if peeps want to come down then. Can't get a food van for it, but there's takeaways about 5 miles away so one car could probably do a food run for all, unless you want me to throw together a large curry/Spag Bol? And I'm sure I can organise bacon butties for Saturday morning.

I'll also add a list of attendees to the initial post, when I have time.

Found out today that there's a birthday party on Friday night at AV8, the airfield restaurant. We'll have to see if we can crash it, or just open the clubhouse bar.
