Hi John, and (in the absence of anyone else) welcome.
This site (as I believe it) exists to help fellow, and future, Blackbird owners (despite all appearances to the contrary). so allow me to respond to your original query. Yes, I have a set of side and rear panniers and frame you might find useful. They came off my 1997 BB but I think they will fit any model. The frame needs a lick of paint and there's a few scratches here and there but if you're interested let me know and I'll send you over some photos. Best to PM me to avoid your reply being hijacked and dragged off topic.

Ritchie, you've asked for panniers only, are you not after a top box too? If you have a pillion, most prefer the top box to lean against and support them. Is there a reason why you've not asked for top box? I only ask in case you already have one fitted and it might effect the choices of pannier systems
