UPDATE.....

Just been in touch with John's Wife, Sandra.

He's doing well in Blackpool Victoria hospital, ( Might be able to see the illuminations... Lucky sod ;-0)) ) and waiting for some further tests to be carried out.
He's comfortable, and now behaving himself.

Apparently, in the back of the ambulance on the way to hospital, he was ringing people up to arrange other fittings and job cover!!! Typical.

He's likely to be in until at least the middle of next week.
She sends her (and his) thanks for all the good wishes, and all the comments on the thread.

I will try to pop in and visit him on Monday to see what size his boots are? and report further.


I don't know, some people will do anything to get out of opening the door to the 'trick or treaters' h1d1ng2

UPDATE.....

He's doing well in Blackpool Victoria hospital (because Sandra can't see what he's up to.). He might be able to see the illuminations 'cos he paid extra for a "private" room while he's waiting for some further tests to be carried out on his sanity. It's the best opportunity we've got, 'cos no-one's EVER bin sure.. He's comfortable, and now behaving himself since they strapped him down and fitted the pee-pee/poo-poo tubes (just the once, despite his "repeat" requests).

Apparently, in the back of the ambulance on the way to hospital, he was feeling up the female paramedic while ringing people up to arrange other "fittings" in the vain hope that he'd be "in" until at least the middle of next week.

Sandra sends her thanks for all the good wishes...

...and for the well-deserved rest for which she has waited, patiently, for so long.
