F1..Racism

Would seem our local news showed a somewhat different version to that others have seen...

Hamilton hasnt really commented too much apart from saying he was dissapointed.

I can honestly say that hes one of the most decent guys in F1. The race card hasnt been played at all in any form since he started. Its all been about his skill , age and previous driving record...

Its not been till now that his race has come into it , and the spanish at the track were pretty disgusting in their behaviour.

So not sure what your news item was showing but its seems non representative of the facts.

The spanish media has broadcast nothing of the fact that alonso attempted to blackmail ron dennis , they just print stories claiming hamilton had alonso kicked out. Which we all know isnt true .... alonso just couldnt take the competition and was nothing more than a spoilt brat. Shame really because i used to quite like the chap.

Said something about fans showing poor taste but all seemed in good humour..

As I said .. very VERY happy to rethink and retract what I said if this was a racist thing.

No room in any sport for racism and no excuse for it at all..

The point is people DID say plenty about his chinanigans Paul.. he pissed a lot of peeps off and folk moaned. They might not have got anywhere admitedly but they a lot of peeps were VERY vociferous..

Will they do the same now Mr Hamilton ( or at least his team ) are employing dubious methods ? Remains to be seen..

Shoemaker was still riding for Ferrari and Ferrari still run F1,so he could do as he liked, but now I have had time to think about Hamilton..I might be he's getting stick coz he's young black and got 70 million in the bank..Green eyed monster perhaps. :dunno:
