Due to this event being out of season for the hotel, the numbers attending, and the fact that the hotellier has kept the cost down to a minimum, he has requested that people choose their choice of entree, main course and sweet prior to the evening. (this allows him to buy in the exact requirements)
This has also allowed us to have a better choice on the menu.
