Following the success of the Cloggers Social in January this year, and all of your expresed wishes for it to be an annual event...

We need to set a date for 2005

As the last weekend of January seemed to be favourable to most peeps, we are suggesting that we stick to the same format and have it on
Saturday 29th January 2005.

Due to the logistics with numbers/food/cost of the beer, we are recommend that we use the same venue - unless there are any strong objections.

It is still at the planning stage, but Sandra will once again use her persuasive powers to get the best price possible. As its all down to numbers, can you please let us know if your interested.

That is plenty of notice for me and Poll - should be able to do some forward planning and get time off. Book us in (wherever it will be!)

Hi Folks
Negotiated with the Headlands Hotel. Managed to persuade them to keep the price same as 2004 social. It will be ?47.50pp.

For those that didn't attend last year this price includes 6 course meal, bed, breakfast and "entertainment"

Debbie Your request is sorted...same room as last year.

Deposits will be ?10 per person. Will post more info on this after the Bash. :beer:

Just been dusting

the pic of the 2004 social on our hall wall. Rolfy printed it out (approx 14" x 28") and we disguised the paucity of pixels by framing it behind picture glass which being matte gives a slightly opaque look.

We will be there in 2005 - but only if Quiney promises to set his camera to 'fine' for the group photo!

The extension to the hotel is being built!! :lol:
