Ooooh, I think the glass building on the left is the hotel we will be staying in....

If that is the case, then you are a 10 minute walk from Dam Square, 2 or 3 minutes from the Red Light District, and of course easy access to the main station as well as the main Tram terminus.

You are also less than 5 minutes away from the floating Chinese restaurant (which is fantastic if you like chines food)

Most things are within close proximity

Taxi's are also cheap (by comparison to the UK anyway)

the pic TC posted with the Sub on is the place you need to get to if you should wish, exploring wise, all the old warehouses are being converted.

How do they make it backwards.
Maybe just upside down:rolleyes:
They don't make it backwards- it is made backwards.

For the hard of thinking- EDAM MADE. the word 'EDAM' spelled backwards is 'MADE'. Therefore Edam is madE backwards.:smash2:

I'm in a cafe and I'm afraid they may be calling the mad house because I'm going to wet my self I'm laughing so much.

Thank you for your kind and thoughtful explanation. You must be a teacher:)

But I'm puzzled about the EDAM MADE, is that a new variety????:aplastao:

Most amusing thing I saw was floating builder's yard. Few barges tied together to make platform for materials.
