Deb can get out of work at 4pm on the Friday so we'll hit the road at about 4:30.

Best option is to meet you and Taff at Bristol services at about 6pm.

Still need an addy for the camping platz.

And as Shrops said, if the weather is :wank: we don't get the tent out in the $%3un

Mike, sounds like a plan mate, is the service area the one after the raised section of the M5, the one where you can see all the cars in storage from the docks?

here's praying for %$fan

Got the link, looks very posh.

Do we have to book in advance or wing it due to the weather thing. :dunno:

Hey folks
Nice to see the interest. Carolyn and I will be arriving at around 7pm on Friday, staying at the bunkhouse at Foxtor caff, think Revzy is staying there too. Plume might be booked for B+B but camping is OK. Also try Prince of Wales or Railway inn for accomm- they are all within 200yards staggering distance! There is other stuff on an ad hoc basis but looking fwd 2 seeing you all there at some stage next weekend. Keeping close eye on weather to arrange ride out for best time. (Hopefully saturday so we can lie in on Sun etc etc) Will make a plan when we see you all on Fri, catch you in the Plume main bar. Mobile 07906 675503 or home 01489 573753- please call for updates if you are arriving after Fri pm. Cheers alternative Bash goers!
Red is best!!

Whatever you think of the Plume when you get there it is not posh!! But it does have good beer and food and is friendly, as does the railway next door (literally) and the Prince of Wales. I will be getting there friday afternoon then I have to go to my sisters for free supper so will be back at the Plume by 2100 (nine ish) so will get beers in later. Call me on the mob w;;v 07906 675503when u arrive (good excuse to leave sisters early!). Have a couple of plans for ride out(s) but think sat is favourite to give folks chance to get off back to the northern wastelands later on Sunday

Just checked another 5 weather sites and they all say the same

So it could ,mean putting the tent back in the loft :xm

Just have to see what the forecast is Friday morning.

If its :wank: I'll be at home chipping tiles off the bathroom wall.

You are such a wuss - however you should be able to find either B+B or bunkhouse in the town. We are bunking - unless of course we see a comfy B+B... As to the weather I thought you were used to it up there, my forecast says rain on Saturday clearing for Sat and Sun. Keep U posted and CU Fri late pm
