That all depends on the type of oil..
diesel always goes on the OUTSIDE of the tyre

On the other hand, if like my bike yours burns oil, you can carry a spare couple of gallons of EP90 in the rear hoop to regularly bleed off and refill the engine. Ive found that running the tyre pressure at a couple of pounds above recommended allows me to fit a tube over the valve and blow the top up oil directly into the filler hole without dropping the tyre pressure too much.
