I bit boring I know, but I just had to say that I've just got new tyres on my BIRD. Bridgestone 020's, and even though they're not scrubbed in properly yet they feel fantastic. Even in the wet weather we been having in London lately.

I don't know, I just feel so much more confident on the road again I just had to share this with you lot!!

I'll get in quick before the "in crowd" with tales of Avons etc.

I too use and like the 020's. They give me good confidence wet or dry and I like the handling of the bike with 'em.

Yes the rear can square off with a lot of motorway riding but I stick with 'em cause I'm confident on the bike.

I've ridden all winter (apart from about three days last week when we had ice/snow).

:yo:

Enjoy them mate!

I use them too, but mainly because my local tyre fitter doesn't stock Avons. Having said that I've had nothing to complain about, so if the Avons are that good, then they must be excellent.

Yes there is. My rear is still soaked in oil. :violin: Not been out on it for 2 weeks now.

So what tyres do you use then??

I like Bridgestones always have. Like someone said there are no bad tyres, it's what you like and feel happy with that count.
