Amazing how many barrackroom lawyers there are who are so quick to condemn her. At the end of the day she's been front and centre of this circus since 2014. She's had to endure being dragged through the mud by his lowlife legal team, who've tried most tricks in the book to smear her and failed. Bearing in mind she has a young family who are probably getting to the age where these news stories will have an impact, who can blame her for calling time on it with an out of court settlement. At the end of the day she's made her point and Andrew's reputation, such as it is....or was...will never recover. Time for her to move on...meanwhile Andrew is left to face the consequences of his "lifestyle choices" and poor judgement in the company that he keeps, all of which will haunt him till he fades into obscurity for good.

Nobody knows the reasons why it has been settled out of court, but it's telling that she is only gagged from talking about the case until the Queens Jubilee has been and gone. That speaks volumes as normally with out of court settlements like this there is a lifetime NDA in place. If his team couldn't even negotiate that then he clearly had run out of options and did what he was told..... either by Buck House, or by his legal team.

Only point I woukd challenge is that she is represented by David Bois, way down there in terms of lowlife in the legal profession.

The point that nobody knows the truth other than those involved is absolutely valid and as such the back room lawyers should keep it shut.

I will stand to be corrected but if what we would call a ‘criminal case’ in the UK is ever taken forward in the USA then it would totally over ride confidentiality/NDA in terms of evidence being given - civil action/agreement cannot negate criminal action.

Most US lawyers at his level are just highly paid professional parasites, with the sort of moral compass that Jeffrey Epstein would recognise.
