His donation with the help of mummy
is to help all other victims of sexual abuse,
via Giuffre's charity.
No admission of liability and no apology.
Why donate anything if you are not guilty? Surely your moral upbringing & Royale upstanding duties to the Queen and Empire would be a good starting point to gain a good footing for his defence team? Hell, they could even pay witnesses to tell porkies.

Just read it myself and my thoughts are similar (y)

I don't know about you lot but there is no way on earth I would pay a single penny if I wasn't guilty.
Paying up is an admission of guilt in my eyes.
And if you are guilty you should admit it and offer an apology, then take whatever justice is given out without complaint.

Maybe royal "blue blood" is called that because its cold, heartless and cruel?

Conclusion ...... the monarchy is not better than a council estate yob in trying to avoid owning up to their crimes!

Welcome to America…and sadly this country is rapidly going the same way.

Not saying if he is guilty or not - I have as much idea as anyone else on here I.e. ‘zero’ - it is a hard and unpalatable fact that people will sometimes bite the bullet and pay up as it makes something go away that is likely to drag on through the courts for years and consume their life….whether they are guilty or not. We even did it at work sometimes to make unjustified complaints/litigation go away….sometimes it is the best option, unfair as it is.

Have a dig round on the name of David Bois who is representing the lady and see what he does for a living.

My previous employer did that with me. I was taking them to tribunal, they paid me off without admitting any guilt, both sides happy. I would have loved to see them squirming in court but life's too short.

I would suggest a bit of research into Guiffre's "charities" may reveal the truth.

Mummy, mummy, tell that horrid girl to go away. I don’t want to play with her any more, she’s spiteful and telling everyone I used to pull her hair when she was little. I didn’t do it, and I’ll scream and scream if she keeps on at me.

Ooooh, I dunno. It was reported in The Sun a few years ago that a family of 18 Somalis were living in a six bed townhouse in Notting Hill. House paid for by the council and all of them on benefits.

Yep, she wanted another pay day. Greedy little skank.

I read something about her and her husband being up to mischief in Thailand, something to do with trafficking girls. Obviously I have no clue if there's any truth in that, but we have to wonder what she's afraid of. Whilst Andrew would've been torn apart in court, his lawyers would have done exactly the same to her and I would imagine she has things her life that she doesn't want to be made public.

She was groomed from a young age so no surprise if she’s a few misdemeanours along the way.
Andrew is a privileged twat who is paid big money to maintain impeccable standards yet fails miserably.
Funny how he was banned from marrying an ex porn star but a blind eye was turned to his penchant for children.
