ZZR 1400

Tried to get a test ride on a zzr1400 last year, the dealer said they were selling like hot cakes and didn't need to register one at the dealership for test rides, effectively saying read the brochure and then order one. I wanted to see if i could justify giving up my Bird and ?6.5k , something only a test ride will do . His arrogance was enough to put me off buying at the time, shortly after I saw one on the road, it was a wet day , the bike didn't look anywhere near as good as it did in the well lit showroom. Since then I have kept an eye on reviews of the bike and the odd 2nd hand example and can honestly say I'm glad I stuck with the Bird .

My comparison dirty was to show that if you are going to spend a shed load more cash then the bike should be a shed load better

But that's a shit comparison (thought I'd explained it simply too! :})
