ZX6r Chain giude help

Coming back from the MOT on my ZX6r I started to hear a slight whine coming from somewhere at the back.

Noise is worse the quicker the rear wheel is going round.
Chain is fine and so are the bearings.

Had the bike on the paddock stand and had a look around.
Seems to be the chain guide that sits on top of the swing arm is lifting slightly at the back.
The rear hugger covers this so I'll have to take it off before I go any further.

How is the chain guide held in place?
Just so I know what I'll need to do to get it to stay back down again!

Some are riveted on the top - some just slip over the swing arm and are held in place by the guide wrapping around the arm.
