zumo and autocom

hi

some advice please, have got a zumo 550 and an autocom pro rider 300 duo , now i want to hear thrzumo through the autocom what lead do i need the audio out from the zumo is 3.5 mm the input to the autocom is 3.5 with the autocom there was an audio lead one end is 3.5 but the other is only 2.5 could i get a 2.5-3.5 adaptor would that work or do i have to get a specific lead from autocom

I believe you need an isolation transformer between the zumo and the autocom for it to work properly. A direct lead won't work. Speak to Autocom. They sell leads with the isolation transformer built in to a small long box. Tell them if you want to use a phone as well, or whether you just want to hear the Zumo only ( the adapter for phone/zumo is more expensive) autocom are quite a friendly bunch, and will offer good advice.
