it dose if you do what i did ........cut the ball off just about 5mm down the shaft drill and tap it M5 then i just used a long alan bit and bolted it to the top nut by removing the rubber bung.......

Mine does, with a short RAM arm fitted to one of them telferizer bolt thingies in the head stock. Wired up to the battery and jobs a good 'un.

The Telferizer is a really nice bit of kit, but all you really need is a Ram Mount ball on a threaded stud from GPS Warehouse..... for about ?4.
