I would just like to point out that my wrist problem is actually due to me being a fat bastid. If I wasnt so fat I would have propably ploughed me own grave when I had me off and not bounced!

If I was skinny then, due to the laws of gravity, I would have landed head first rather than on me belly, bouncing and landing on my wrists!

Well riding a sofa can't hurt your wrists :neenaw: My wrist is pretty bad and I still manage on the bird in the harshest environment for that - I was just trying to help my fellow bikers with road-proven techniques which work for me anyway, and riding in London is the best test to check if it works or not! But of course, as soon as you speak about exercising it hits a raw nerve... even more so when you mention stopping wanking mind you!!! Ace cafe soon? Otherwise going to Steve on the 3rd to have my new ?hlins fitted so if you're around:beer:
