...Wonder where "The Lads" are....??!!

Dark Angel

Still kickin' it!
Where the DEY-vil are the Northern 'Bird riders?!

Coming back from Anglesey on Sunday I passed a 'Bird on the motorway, just outside Warrington (I think!). He was pootling along with his mates (obviously "looking after" them as he was benefiting from such superior machinery).

I give him a thumbs up and we exchanged greetings in the time-honoured fashion, but - and here's the point of this post - that was the ONLY Blackbird I saw on the road that day. I saw ONE other 'Bird, parked up at the Angelsey Racing Track (nice little circuit with fan-TAS-tic views of the mountains) - and that was IT!

Perfect weather: sunshine, dry roads and tyres that were still warm to the touch after a fifteen minute tea-break. BLISS!

SO, WHERE WAS EVERYONE AT??

Are we spending more time on our computers than we are on our bikes....?

 I'm only asking...Keep yer spanner in the box!!

Or has everybody got "secret" roads that they're selfishly keeping to themselves....? Sneaky buggers!! ;)

I'm sure I'm missing out on something...but what is it? Also, having read "Ncognito's"comments, I'm worried that a similar state of "Birdlessness" could exist in other counties. :(

COME ON, ME OWD COCKER SPANIELS!!!

If you've got a few tales to tell...

..Or if you have a "secret" that you feel you need to share with a friend  !!!?, then all you have to do is...

...GET YER BUMS ON YER BIKES 'n' join us on the WHIPPETS & CLOGS run - and you can tell me AAA-AA-ll about it!

Cheyrrub :D
