In summary, you really don't want to be in South Wales today. Looks like it is going to be pretty nasty.
Looks like one of them paintings where you pour oil paints on water.
That’s exactly where I’m going in about an hour.
According to my man on the ground "it is f***ing p*ss*ng down" at the moment.
I did tell him to get his gutters cleared when he moved in, some were completely blocked with crap with some decent shrubbery growing out of it. He was quoted £90. Bear in mind the house was a cash purchase at £500k+.
Has he had it done?
