do those energy efficient light bulbs take time to 'warm up' before giving out their maximum light? Some seem worse than others, the General Electric ones I bought in Tesco last week take about 30 - 45 seconds before they are fully bright!

'cos they are like flouresecent tubes and take some time for the gases to become excited!!

They tend to be like that when they are new give them a week or two & they will be to full brightness more or less straight away
