Ya mean in a Frenchy blokey sort of way, or a Fudgey blokey sort of way? Or are the rumopurs just not true?

Well when I meet you I'll shake yer hand and not kiss you in a Frenchy sort of way

And there would be certainly no tongues or spit swaping as in a fudgey sort of way.

Maximum dosage of voltarol is 50mg three times daily after food
(Assuming you are otherwise fit and healthy and not pregnant)
You're on the maximum dose of tramadol at 100mg four times daily
Try adding a full dose of paracetamol-two 500mg tablets four times daily

Thats exactly what I was on after my "off" 4 months ago.

Now on dihydrocodiene 60mg in place of the Tramadol.

I dont like taking tablets and keep trying to cut them down.

Didnt sleep for three nights running because I kept waking up every time i moved

Breaks in your pelvis are seriously not funny.

Tramadol makes everyone ill...

Full dose of voltarol and full dose paracetamol better, with tramadol as required only, if still in pain.

I had a broken neck in 1974, for which I spent a long time in traction, then a surgical collar, and was treated with painkillers (probably Aspirin) I had no trouble since then until 1985 when I started with Spondolosis which caused severe pain in my neck and down my right shoulder, I suffered with this for a number of years being treated with Bruffen, and other pain killers, and back to wearing a surgical collar, none of this worked, I decided after 6 weeks off work that sitting at home was not doing me any good so I returned to work accepting that it was something that I would have to live with, on my return to work I discovered we had recently taken on board a new PE instructor who was also a qualified Physiotherapist, I had a word with him, he gave me some simple exercises to do and within weeks the problem had cleared up and I was pain free, I have only had slight twinges since. this is the reason I decided not to use pain killers, only in extreme circumstances.
