i've just waved my mum off the boys from the motor club came to pick her up, took our caravan. I wanted to go but i'm working. its the sprint today you see up at a local quarry

You're on the maximum dose of tramadol at 100mg four times daily
Try adding a full dose of paracetamol-two 500mg tablets four times daily

yeah one at break on at lunch and one at dinner what i was told

i some times take paracetamol with the tramadol sometimes it makes me really sick and shakey so i avoid it where possible and use heat rub instead
