but to be fair, i should most of the weekend riders come a fair distance to ride the roads.

rarely see a plod on the roads we use, and i may just have been lucky but have never been stopped by the police when on a bike either !
during the week it's not unusual to do the "cat & fiddle run and not see a car at all .But weekends are a different matter .
Dont get me wrong but there are some very good riders up there but a lot of their mates playing catch-up get out of their depth and bin it.
