For me it’s the shower rose deciding to empty its contents after I have meticulously dried out the shower enclosure post shower and someone not treating books properly. Lent a brand new paperback to a visitor over the weekend and the spine has broken as they could not be bothered using a bookmark so placed the book open face down to keep their place.

Definetely First World problems, won’t be so irritating when I summon up the courage to put the news on.

Every morning I turn on the BBC news and see more and more of the destruction being done by Putain and I despair.

All I can do is dream of how to obliterate Moscow from existence and just leave a smoking crater.

So they seize the oligarchs yachts and then don’t know what to do with them, as selling them by auction could mean them going back into ‘Russian ownership.

Toilet servicing vehicle (honey wagon!) currently on an A380. The vehicle guage says it's waste tank is 3/4 full - it ain't, it's full

I get called as we always end up sorting everything out!!

Some 50 litres of shit (yes really) having to be dumped from the pipe between aircraft and vehicle so it can disconnect and get a replacement vehicle on.



Sweeper vehicle clearing most of it and I've given them a broom for the bit under the aircraft

Just had an email from energy supllier.
From being 98 pounds in credit I am now 440 pounds in arrears and my direct debit has gone up an extra 130 pounds a month.
Bit pissed they allowed me to get arrears that much without telling me sooner.
Just checked online and my annual bill has trebled to over £3k. if I want a fixed tariff then its £6000 !!!!!

Over the last few days is a different matter though .............. first up last Wednesday I tried to get a doctors appointment, no good there so Thursday I did the online thing and got given a telephone consultation for the 28th, how the fuck they are supposed to keep a check on my blood pressure over the phone I will never know? ....... partly why I was in hospital last week and they obviously don't give a shit!

Friday .... bloody facebook twats Q "ok if i come for that table sunday" ... A "yes mate no bother"........... so i waited in all afternoon and eventually messaged him around 5pm only to get "its a mission to get there" ..... why the fuck these twats cant just send a message keeping me informed has to be either sheer Ignorance or congenital idiocy ... my block list has to be the longest in FB history!

If it helps I had my first physio appointment at my local GP today, coukdnt have been better, arrived bang on time and strain, already feeling the benefit.

In a more serious vein, I couldn't see any point in seeing a GP so I wrote them a brief letter, GP called and agreed they couldn't add value so referred me straight to the physio. Saves everyone a lot of time and money. It is pretty clear that the pandemic has accelerated inevitable change in how GP surgeries operate I.e. less face to face, more digital communication. The days of Doris visiting the GP every three weeks for a bit of a natter have long gone, in much the same way that high street banks branches have disappeared. Once a period of adjustment and associated moaning have passed the new way of working becomes the new normal.

Quite a bit pissing me off today to be honest, and very embarrassing too.

i was putting the feckin’ very f-heavy unstable Trident onto its centrestand and dropped it onto the Commando and pushed that onto the racking along the garage.

it is ever so feckin’ f’heavy and it was almost impossible for me to pickup again. So I pulled and pulled and thought to myself it’s either coming back up or it will kill me.

clearly it didn’t kill me, but did me no favours at all, it came upright after an almighty heave. Then I righted the Norton and checked them both over while having a serious think about why I didn’t just leave them. But if course I wasn’t going to, was I? That was then the signal to sit down and rest. There’s a time I packed it all in I sometimes think - not yet though.

the good news? No damage to either as far as my brief check showed.
