Had coffee and croissants in the garden at the back of Patisserie Valerie in Eastbourne for,breakfast then coffee and a pasty for lunch on the seafront here.
Almost seemed like the good old days.
The sea was interesting; really wild, grey and angry in Eastbourne yet deep blue and as flat as a millpond in the same brisk wind here, only about eight miles down the coast.

Went to see Ma P and she wasn’t happy because some mothereffer‘s stolen her bench from the bottom of her garden. Wankers.

Black eyes can be painful but not as painful as a sprained ankle, I know I won’t have mentioned this but I speak from experience when it comes to sprained ankles, coincidentally I am suffering (in silence) with the worst sprained ankle ever at this very moment.Won't be as black as my eye of colour
