Another interesting fact; many of the military uniforms Adam & The Ants wore were used in The Charge of a the Light Brigade or Zulu (I forget which) movie. They picked them up cheap from a place that sold film props. Some of Adam’s outfits are now on display at The V& A Museum.
Another interesting fact: his name’s not Adam, it’s Stuart. Stuart Goddard.

Went to work for a night shift
Had been originally furlough but recalled a few days ago to oversee a contractor carrying out overnight works.
Contractor didn't turn up the pre works briefing and when contacted advised they weren't working tonight as the contract hadn't been signed in time.

Me very happy as I go home again :)

Company has put me back on furlough for the rest of the night!

My legendary chicken and mushroom curry, ruddy lovely and made enough for four meals for us.

I did cheat by using packet microwave rice though.

Spent 75 minutes upside down trying to undo the two 9mm nuts holding the kitchen tap in place.

Early lunch.

Hopefully installing their new tap will be easier.

Tilda do a sachet of Lemongrass rice.
Really nice. You can eat it without heating it for a salad
The microwave stuff does feel like cheating but to be fair most of it is pretty decent.

Morrisons do boil in the bag stuff that up is really good and about 20% of the cost of the microwave stuff.

what chutney do you prefer?
