What forks have I got???!!!

I got a really good looking pair of forks at a very good price. The guy didn't know much about them. They look the same as I have on my carbie bird. When I measure the stanchion length and diameter they seem the same as are on the bike. A bit of a guess as I have Jaws bar risers. The right hand fork has a sticker "Showa MAT-003" the same as on my bike. Does this refer to part number 51420-MAT-003 which would mean they are the same? My plan is to put new seals and springs in these and do a quick swap. I believe the later forks were different so I need to know what year they are for ordering bits.

Also, any advice on how I get the bike high enough to slide the forks out?

The seals & springs would be identical so it doesn't matter what forks the new ones are as far as those parts go.
Stanchions and bushes are the main differences if you were replacing them.

Put bike on ctr stand - make sure you have 1/2" plank under ctr stand.
Bottle jack under front of sump and lift front wheel till it's 2" off floor.

now there is plenty of room to remove the forks.
