May Be why it only got fitted to 33 cars?
Addendum……..a bit of googling and the option code appears to be U46.

You, soul, ???????That is devastating to hear.
I have seriously considered closing the thread but after much soul searching I have decided to keep it open.
Apparently it was available 67,68 and 69 not just 68.AHAH !!!
Now found the pre-purchase options list, and I think I have it
I will stay schtum as a I feel I sort of cheated by going for the list
I will say that at the time it was very innovative and not seen on other cars for about 30 years !
There is a really good options list ..Apparently it was available 67,68 and 69 not just 68.
That catalogue is awesome….albeit they didn’t mention anything about going round corners!
Yeah, go on then….There is a really good options list ..
Would you like me to post it?
Yeah, go on then….
Ridiculous! The ‘dealer fit’ options was a big business. Those prepared by Yenko Chevrolet are highly sought after now and attract really silly prices.
Feel free to post up stuff that some people find interestingWell thank feck for that. I was beginning to lose sleep over it.
Just for you....Feel free to post up stuff that some people find interesting
Other than being completely wrong I suppose so.Erm so I was extremely close with my guess them.
So how would doing that tell you if your indicator is working?Couldn’t they just look out the windscreen?
Because you said it was an accessory to show if the lights were working, not indicators. So how would doing that tell you if your indicator is working?
As an aside, I have just watched a programme about policing in New Zealand - they have a brilliant specific offence over there ‘Impeding Traffic Flow’ that allows them to penalise slow traffic where the driver does not have the courtesy to pull over to let others by when possible. It was introduced specifically to deal with motorhomes.
Just saying, like.
Haven’t you got a fjord to go and jump in or something?Because you said it was an accessory to show if the lights were working, not indicators.
