I am gobsmacked.
Seems i had a pension plan started with the Pru, waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay back in 1989.
These peeps have tried to track me down via letters over the years and i'm thinking it's
some sort of scam (what an insecure world we live in) anyhow, i recieved a letter today
from the Pru with my policy number attached, all i have to do is re-register and have a look see.
Five mins later and armed with a conformation e-mail i'm in the Pru's website with an estimated value of........
Well, i ain't telling you lot, but it is quite a substantial sum. Let's just say i could walk into any bike dealer
and purchase a top spec model and still have change....Not much change, but some to play with.
Now then, i cannot remember the last time i contributed to this bond and it seems there are no details
on the website as yet, but i think i would like to re-contribute some of my income and re-start the top up.
Any views or advice on my fortuitous plans...Feel free.
