A group of us are going for a quick blast over to to France on Satuday (supposed to be a fine day) just for lunch and to tear up a few frog roads. If you fancy joining us you can book the tunnel here:

www.eurotunnel.com

Don't forget to use the MIB Friend of Staff code (0004732shut) when you book and change the vehicle type to "Motorcycle", this should give you a fare of ?30 return.

Here are the times we have booked:

Travel details :
- Folkestone to Calais/Coquelles

- Calais/Coquelles to Folkestone

We'll probably meet at a Services somewhere but we'll post that on Friday night. Should be fun...

What software are you using to generate those maps and where can I get a free copy?

Yep, it's Autoroute 2002, which allows you to save maps as as a webpage. And if you have broadband, it'll be coming to a downloads section near you very soon -c

BTW, shame none of you guys culd make the ride out, we had bright sunshine all day and found some fantastic roads, next time maybe...
