Just find your local engineer (or someone with an adjustable reemer - they need opening out to 43 from 41mm) cross his palm with a few quid, and you've got yourself a damn cheap set of bars.

Job done.

prob got a better chance of finding a cone cutter where the max od at the end is 43mm..just chuck it all the way through..in fact i think 43mm is the size of one of the ones at work..that prob came from RS

just cheked the pic..what about taking a piece out where they clamp up together..strieght cut all the way down then..just tickle afterwards with a file to clean up..little dremel would do it :beer:

good looking AND modest
plenty of "chatter" and hard work reaming out 1mm, I suppose its no easier to "ream out" 2mm at the same time, to bring 41mm out to 43mm??? :rolleyes: rather than do 1mm at a time!! :dunno:
